Bank appraisals on housing decreased to 1,478 Euros per square meter

Summary

The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,478 per square meter in February 2023, €7 less than in the previous month (a decrease of 0.5%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 12.5% (14.9% in January 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals reported in the current period diminished to around 20 thousand, 29.2% less than reported in the same period of the previous year and 38.7% less than last May, month where it achieved its maximum observations.
