Summary
The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,518 per square meter in June 2023, €8 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.5%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 7.9% (9.4% in May 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals diminished by 1,4% compared to the previous period to around 23 thousand, 21.3% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
