Bank appraisals on housing increased to 1,538 Euros per square meter

Summary

The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,538 per square meter in August 2023, €13 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.9%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 8.8% (7.6% in July 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals dropped by 1.1% compared to the previous period to around 24.6 thousand, 6.3% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
